Frazier Not Hired…Yet

Vikings Coach Leslie Frazier pulled out an impressive gameplan, especially on the defensive end, to pull out a victory Tuesday night over the Eagles. Is it enough to get him the job for 2011? Not yet. We can’t say we’re surprised. We expect the Wilfs to be extremely deliberate and thoughtful throughout this process. A quick unexpected hiring, like we saw 5 years ago with Childress, is unlikely in our minds. LeBron Backpedals on Contraction

December 29, 2010

December 29, 2010
By

We can already hear the clamoring for Joe Webb to be the Vikings QB in 2011. We’re not driving that bandwagon just yet, but after Webb’s extremely composed performance on Tuesday night, we are intrigued by this possibility. The 6’4″ 220 pound athletic kid from Birmingham put on a nice show for the nation. Sure he had a number of errant passes, but the guy drafted at Tom Brady’s 199th spot did not look like a kid in his first start ever. To say the least, we were impressed. If he performs admirably next week against the Lions, we’re...
