The Minnesota Twins are slowly rebuilding their game and after a few less than stellar seasons it looks like they are finally on the up. It’s largely thanks to general manager Terry Ryan’s long-term approach to rebuild the team and bring in new blood that the Twins are finally getting out of the hole they have dug, some say due to Bill Smith’s blunders.
